Midlife hit harder than I expected.

I was running a bustling and successful private practice, staying active, enjoying family, friends and hobbies. On paper, it all looked great.

Inside, though, low self-esteem, chronic stress, disordered eating, poor body image and constant self-judgment were running the show. I was unhappy and uncomfortable in my own skin...and micro-managing food and exercise, throwing myself into work, endurance training, and constant doing so I didn't have to slow down and feel anything.

It took me years to build a peaceful relationship with food, my body and myself. Now I help women do it with far less shame and confusion, and fewer detours along the way.

Eventually, I stopped trying to fix myself and started getting curious instead.

That’s when things actually changed. Food lost its power, my body stopped feeling like a project, and life got a whole lot bigger.

Now I help other women do the same.
