Stuck in a Fight with Food?
Tired of Blaming Yourself?
Â
Maybe you don't binge or overeat every day. Or maybe you do. Either way, you're exhausted by it.Â
Maybe you eat "clean" most of the time...until stress, emotions, or fatigue take over.Â
Maybe food feels calm one week, and like total chaos the next.Â
If you've spent years swinging between control and regret, rules and rebellion, good intentions and "what just happened?!" moments...I get it.
This is the kind of thing I help women untangle.Â

Thank you for your guidance as I navigated putting an end to the diet roller coaster I was on for so long. It was scary, not knowing what to expect, but you were there for me through every challenge. I only wish I found you years ago!
~O.O., office manager
"YOU HELPED ME SEE..."
You helped me see that I was using Intuitive Eating as another diet, versus a way to reconnect with myself, my body’s cues, and my ability to know what I need.
~C.L., teacher
Why This Keeps Happening
Â
For most women, unwanted eating isn’t really about food.
It’s shaped by years of pressure, self-judgment, body distrust, and trying to manage life while feeling uncomfortable in your own skin.
Sometimes eating is a way to cope with stress or emotion.
Sometimes it’s a response to being at odds with your body, constantly judging or trying to control it.
And sometimes it’s protective: a way to soften, distract, or create relief when things feel like too much.
From the outside, this can look like “self-sabotage.” From the inside, it's safety, and it makes sense.

What Support Looks Like Here
Â
Here, we focus on pattern-spotting, rebuilding trust with your body, and easing the internal pressure that keeps food stuck in the role of coping tool, comfort, or control. Intuitive eating is what we're working towards.
I also support women who are using (or considering) GLP-1 medications.
Many intuitive-eating spaces avoid this conversation or quietly judge it. I don’t.
GLP-1s can change hunger and appetite, but they don’t erase history, body image, stress, or learned patterns. That’s where this work still matters.
When our relationship with food and body begins to soften (whether GLP-1s are part of the picture or not), eating usually does too.
Not through force but through understanding and compassion.

✔ Your body changing without it turning into a constant mental battle
✔ Not needing to track, fix, or "be good" to feel like you're doing ok.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or following another plan. It’s a space to unlearn unhelpful rules, build real resilience, and practice showing up for your life with more clarity, ease, and self-trust.
